There is prompt that say "Good Morning or Good Evening, welcome to the voice processing system". Then our C.S, 1 greeting that we recorded comes on.
Need to turn off these prompts. Do you know the prompt numbers to turn off?

The prompts are listed in the manual, and it depends on the version of TVS. It comes to mind they are 247, 248 and 249 for the Good morning/afternoon and evening, but I think 817 is the Welcome message.

Probably wont see this now....but to truly "turn them off" and not just record a second of silence over them...you have to first record silence/something- save it and then go back to greeting number...and this second time around you will then have the option to "turn off prompt" ....option 3 -- Not sure why Panasonic did it this way ...it is what it is.
Better to truly turn off so customers are not hearing pause at all..
