Customer wants auto a to pick up all calls dial 1 service 2 for sales, ring 8 times, then repeat a message all agents are busy etc etc, then go to a quene after the customer presses 3 to leave a messager
( some of the things customers want on a standard v.m. )

you can use the flash VM for UCD messages/announcments . I know its in the manual. I just can't remember the mailbox numbers off the top of my head. I did this for a few doctors office's that still use it.
The other option depending on your software version is to use some virtual with call coverage keys and record the virtual mbx with instructions etc
If I get a chance I will look in some old notes and post back.
