I have a client that has an ESI 50L, at one extension, when they press the voice mail key, rather than asking for the passcode, it says: "Enter extension call recording data base owner, then press the pound key"
My ESI tech is on vacation this week so I am trying to figure this out, any ideas?
Corrupt mailbox? if so should I delete the extension then rebuild?

Any chance that is just a message in the mailbox?
Try deleting it. That isn't a message i ever heard on an ESI system.

Tried that, it is definitely and ESI Prompt that is coming up.

To avoid major problems in the future, get the cabinet serial number and the CF card serial number and contact ESI technical. You may have one on the recall list. Believe me, if it's on the list, you want a replacement CF.
