Anyone know how to get into an Axxess system if the customer does not have the password. There current tech is unreachable they've been calling him for weeks and his voice mail is full.

I have the programing software for there version and of course there is a password. The customer has in the past dealt with the Inter-Tel dealer in this area and they are really unhappy with them. Any help help would really be great

I know in the past if you need the password reset you will need to fill out a form with Inter-tel (Mitel) and they will reset it for you.

Yep I'm sure they would if your one of there partner dealers. But I'm not and there responce to my email was find one. Any one happen to know a backdoor or another way into this system? Lately I've had 3 of them drop into my lap the fist 2 I was luckey and the customer had the password.

In all 3 cases they said they were fed up with the local dealers. I explained that in my email to mitel but they just game me a scripted responce.
