I have a near future install with this SMDR package. I am not familiar with this at all.
any thoughts or tips before we load things up and try it? anything special on the PC being loaded/

i got it installed with help from support. Remember to add extra $ when you quote this addition.another time sucker on site to boot.

Really? I found it easy because it just works. Go into admin (the new web page) assign who can run reports. The go to incontrol. So far I'm loving it esp with ACD reporting now. UCSUITE is a real contender and deal sealer now.
