Has anyone had problems installing the Inter-Tel TAPI Service Provider. It will start the install it will go thru the whole wizard, till the point where you would enter the stations ext, port, and password. I have some systems that the sofwate will install on with no real problem, but others with problems. If anyone has an idea I would to give it a try.

It is usually a DEP protection problem. Try adding C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe and C:\Windows\System32\rundll.exe to the exception list as well as the TAPI Service Provider application executable.

That looks like the problem.
I took a different route to see if that was it,
I added the line /NoExecute=AlwaysOff to turn the DEP off to see if this would allow the install.
This did allow the install.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
