The battery alarm light was lit on the CPC.
Backed up the system, pulled the CPC, replaced the battery.
Put the CPC back in and when I turned it on, the database was there.
They told me they have lost power in the last year a few times and never had a problem.
No CPS.
I charged the battery in another CPC before I swapped it.
I couldn't find a jumper on the CPC for a battery so, I don't get it.
