Questions!!!!
Ok. Basically, when someone calls our main number, there's a greeting telling the caller, Press 2 to place order (call rings to every extension), 3 for Mike, 4 for Bob, 5 for etc.. When they press 3 for Mike, Mike thinks the phone is for ringing for an order, so he doesn't answer (Mike is the owner, he doesn't answer regular calls). I would like to set up a call routing announcement so that on his phone's screen, it says "for Mike" or for "Day AA," so he can differentiate between the two.
Well, I poked around and used some old Applications and some extra DIDs so that when someone presses the 3 for Mike, it transfers to that an application that is pointed to a certain DID. However, when I tested it, after pressing 3 for Mike, I get the greeting that was used for the Application in the past (it was a directions recorindg). So as soon as I press 3, I hear "if you are coming from downtown, then..." when I would like for Mike's phone to ring and the phone screen saying "xxx-xxx-xxxx for Mike."
I know that I am close but I can't figure the last part out. Any help will be appreciated!!!! Thanks!!

You might just need to do this, in the call routing table containing that DID, change the destination from the old call routing application to Mike's extension.
Sounds like though that incoming phone calls for mike are going to be dialed out again then ring back into your PBX?
There has got to be a way to have option 3 go to another call routing app that displays it's name on Mike's phone. Or you could remove Mike's extension from the hunt group members for sales.
If he ever wanted a call ringing for sales I think you could give him a BLF button for the HG that he could use to pick up the call or do a reverse transfer to the sales hunt group? Maybe I'm thinking Mitel though.

You can also make 2 equal a hunt group where the owner is the only member. Set the recall destination of the hunt group to a App that plays one second of silence, then his voice mail.
The display on his phone can should the hunt ID so he can tell it is a call for him.
You can get fancy and set it up to give callers the option of holding if he is on the phone, etc.
