Hi All.
I am having something very strange happen where my users voicemail is not picking up when you call the extension (internal, I have not yet tried external). The system has been defaulted by moving the jumpers method on both my cix40 and Stratagy voicemail.
I know the system is defaulted, as when I call in from an extension that HAD a voicemail recording I now get the new user tutorial.
My hunt group for voicemail is set up; I have the vmail extensions in the members list.
I pick up the intercom key and the call just rings (10+). the voicemail box never picks up. In the system - system timer my no answer time is set to 15 seconds (3 rings).
Any ideas? (Since this is only my second system, a step-by-step wouldn't hurt...)
Regards

You must set a system Call forward Busy/No answer in program 500 that forward call to the pilot of your voicemail
Then apply the call forward template to the extension in program 200-12
If your voicemail answer all external incoming call, then you dial the extension, they will go back to the voicemail after 32 seconds which is the default Rin xfer no answer timer program 208-07 (per voicemail port)
