I have installed a second card and the 5th line can receive calls, but can't not pick up to dial out. What am I doing wrong?

Once added, it places the trunks in gp1, as normal. Did you program a trunk 5 button on the phone? Is it in the same trunk group with the next priority set?

So I need to program it on the phones themselves? The first four lines were basically plug and play for what I needed.

Yes, you need to program a button for CO 5.

Thanks a ton for the help! I know I am asking for a lot of hand holding here, but could you walk me through the process of setting that button as line five?

I cannot. The company I work for charges a nominal fee for remote programming. Maybe someone else in this forum can assist you.

The first four keys on the phone are programmed to CO lines 1-4 by default. If you add the CO daughter board - you get lines 5-8, but if you want a key appearance for them you have to program it. What programming access do you have to the system? it's easiest to do this using WebPro, but it can be done on the phone as well.

Sorry to take so long to get back. I can't access the webpro without resetting the ip. In the future I can set them up on web pro but for this particular case id perfer not to reset the system so doing it on the phone would be best

Why would you need to reset the IP in order to access web pro?

I'm not sure how they set it when the system was installed. Using the IP range that is on the phones won't let me access.
