Just wondering if anyone else has seen something like this. Customer complains the phones have a very low level of distorted audio present in the speaker when the phone is not in use. They are not using BGM nor is it turned on. They do have MOH, but they describe the the audio as distorted speech (like the grownups on the Charlie Brown shows) . I would think if it were the MOH they could tell it was music. I'm guessing a bad audio circuit on the CPU blade, but just in case I thought I would check here first.

Sounds to me like the BGM is on whether they say it is or not. Have you gone onsite to verify this? I suppose it could be a VERY powerful AM transmitter somewhere close.
