Hi i have the os7100 without the sdcard. How can i make from another sdcard copy the software v4.91 to another sdcard?

Key is you need a card formatted with a 2GB active partition. Anything bigger will not work properly. Check the file system on the original card and then format the new one to match. Then just copy the one card over to the other.
