Need some help on essential embedded voice mail. got a company that doesn't want voicemail but only on 2 phones. Problem is I turn off voicemail on the ext. but if they send it direct to user voicemail they get (that person isn't available) and they can still leave a message. Anyway to disable that? Thanks

You can't prevent a user from pressing the envelope button and dialing an extension number + Select to send a caller to a voicemail box. However, you can take the typical shortcode of #XXX / Voicemail Collect / "#"N and add another like #123 / Barred to prevent transferring to mailbox 123

Be creative. Use multiple short codes. Say that the Main mailbox is 100, and the owner is 102.
Remove #XXX / Voicemail Collect / "#"N
Add #100 / Voicemail Collect / "#"100 #102 / Voicemail Collect / "#"102
# plus anything else will get wave-off and Incompatible

And tell them NOT to use the Envelope button for transfers... (That is voicemail Transfer as well)
