If a remote phone was working it should work fine at another location. As far as the one in Florida that isn't working it needs the new public IP address of the system programmed into it. The new 60 key phone allows you to program it with the buttons on the phone. The older 48 key phone needs to be programmed via software from a pc or if it is connected locally to the KSU it will get the new programming.

Dan Quite frankly my thoughts are you need to hire someone who knows routing and ip addressing and ESI phones to get this to work. But basically the IVC Card needs to be on the same network as the other equipment behind the firewall at HQ. The remote phone needs to be on the same network as the equipment behind the modem / router (either via DHCP or manually setting the address) on the remote side and the firewall at HQ needs to have port forwarding set up to forward traffic from the public IP to the private IP of the system. Once all of the programming is correct on the KSU you can then plug the remote phones in locally and they receive the correct programming or you can use the software to program them at the remote site. I'm not trying to be a jerk by any means but this stuff requires training from ESI and some networking knowledge.

so, i just ran a port query on your new IP...it appears as though you haven't opened up port 59002 TCP ?
as I had said before, you will also need to open up ( port 59101 ( we usually change ours to 59001) on UDP
IP address resolved to c-73-68-18-227.hsd1.nh.comcast.net
querying...
TCP port 59002 (unknown service): FILTERED ( This should say " LISTENING " ) But, you may have it locked down to the outside world ?
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
