Hello!
I'm trying to see how to pass caller id to the phone after a selection is made via auto attendant.
All that shows up is Line1 Call from InMail (flashes quickly) then Transfer << InMail
Is there a way to show the caller id instead of maybe the line that it's coming in on?
I've tried checking caller id in the following:
20-09-02 14-02-10 14-01-22 15-01-10
Is this possible?

I knew I missed something. These are analog trunks. Right now we've set the timer in 22-01-04 to be 2, so it goes to AA right away. I guess this might be the reason as it might not have had time to receive the number yet? This is on a lab system as we're testing out a few things so I can make changes quickly.

Run the wizard in Web Pro for caller ID, it will walk you through each program step by step. FYI: you did miss a program.
