Hello All, Kindly help with what to do with an OS7030 system.
I can ping it on my system but i cannot log on to it with the DM tool.
I have tried the password word i used before as i just upgraded the firmware, but no way.
I also tried the default password
I need to log on to it,

What is the likely cause of this and a way out please.

Thanks.

Edit please do not post passwords in the open forum thanks.

Verify software version number via the keyset(MMC 727) and see if the system has upgraded, it might still be on the IT tool platform otherwise you need to do a RECOVERY procedure on the PBX

heads up

What exactly is the error you are getting? DM tool works in place of IT tool. So you can use it for any version. Are you getting an invalid password or system can't be reached message?

When you say reset, do you mean you powered the system off and on or did you press the reset button on the pbx? If the latter, did you not lose your configuration?
