I have an Inter-Tel 5200 system, the directory will only recognize the first two letter when searching for a persons name. We type in more than three letters, but it seems like it is only searching the first two. Are there settings that we can look at?
I have double checked the spelling of the names and they are OK. I have them listes as last name,first name like it should, but it does not work. I also checked if all users have recorded their names in their mailbox, and they have. Any Ideas?
