Yes Daniel, we have access to the programming software on the fx-ii. Because the input to the duet plus is just one pair to the CO...then it means that the paging is done over ext.361 right? I have tried replacing both the duet plus and the external relay but to no avail. I think I can try replacing the duet plus again sometime tomorrow.

I think you are way over your head here and need someone with audio and telecom experience, not IT to look at that mess.

I am not getting contact closure from the phone system and I am now looking at replacing the Services and also the Auxiliary Services modules on the KSU.
Kindly advise if in case replacing the CPU is also an option here...
