Hi

Fairly new to the NS700

System is all setup and running, Incoming number gets forwarded to ICD 601.

We are trying to forward the calls at night to another land line number.

In the we console i have set ICD group forward but when we call the office number from a mobile to test we only get a busy tone??

Any help would be much appriciated

First assign an extension in Portable Stations (I.E. 401)
Point your incoming trunk in night mode to the ext. in Portable Stations.
Call forward the portable ext back out as "Always(All)" to land line #
Class of Service may need programming to allow "Call Forward to CO" of the portable station.
