I was doing some work on a customers voicemail and checked their error log and saw the following message. 6317 communications error <5> "BIcOM hardware not respond" from driver

Is this something I should be concerned with?

How often was the error shown? On a reboot of voicemail did it appear again?

Just an FYI. This is the card that slides into the FXII, not a standalone PC.

I sold a mess of those card based voice mails. They seem to live like 2 days past the warranty. It was a great idea that just wasn't durable in my experience. Experimented with converting them to CF card based and they seemed to last a little longer. Shocked to hear there are still some in existence.
