Ok all, I am having a problem with a pt to pt T1 between an Inter-Tel 9.0 and a Nortel Option 81C. The problem is that the call comes into the Option, and is passed to the Axxess by a pt to pt T1. The call comes into the users on the Axxess, and they start there greeting, but the audio does not kick in for about 5 seconds, so they are only hearing the last part of the greeting. Any help you can give me? I am pulling what is left of my hair out on this one. Of course the Option 81C guy is telling me he has checked everything, and his side is good.

I'm sure you've already checked this, but are you getting any bandwidth alarms in the report?
On a different note, I seem to remember a similar issue involving latency that was resolved by a setting in DB Studio or a problem with too many hops when getting to a PRI. I'm on my phone now, so it's a little hard to research but I think superfoneguy had the answer in that thread. If not, it may have been SoCalJake.
