Since you have the manual, look up Table 2-4 Default Table Value (Pages 7 through 12).
ManualBefore you choose to default your system be sure to document all programming so that way you don't forget to change some of the default values.
If you looks at your scenario from our point of view you might see how someone would hesitate to get involved too deeply.
- You list the type of phone VB-43050 that you need assistance with.
- You didn't list the type of system you have.
- Your question is System oriented not keyset oriented.
- You have the manual but can't find the section in programming when pointed out to you.
- Given that you cannot figure out how to program the system, you want to default the system.
- You are an Authorized Panasonic dealer.
We would expect an installer to extrapolate from one system to another... for example (yours, perhaps) CO Lines on all systems have these things in common:
- Type of CO Line
- Ringing
- CO Line Appearance
- CO COS
- CO Timing Parameters
- Et cetera, et cetera, et cetera
If you aren't having any problem getting into the system, you have the manual and you are an Authorized Dealer...

Good luck
