Greetings,
I have a client on a BCM 50 release 3.0. They are telling me when they go to set up a conference they are told the pin is about to expire. When I set up all the conference administrators I set the pin to never expire. Anybody have a clue what she is referring to? I apologize in advance I basically retired from phone work 5 years ago. These guys just won't move on.
