SV 9100 call waiting beep

Lately customers have been telling me they have a call waiting beep when A second call comes

I’m sure I can shut this out but I don’t remember hearing this before anybody know what program I should be looking at is this something new or possibly may be associated with class of service 15 possibly

I would verify they don't have call waiting on analog lines. It's set in Multiline under the extension tab in programming.

I'm not sure about one a SV9100, but on the SL1100 and SL2100 systems, 14-02-24 set to On would cause callers to hear a beep infrequently while on a call. Setting it to Off cleared the issue for those systems.

What type of trunks?
Have they change providers recently?

15-02-01 was on by default I believe this was the problem using POTS lines on this particular application ,But I had another customer complaining about the same thing and I am assuming its the same program they are using a PRI

I haven't been back there to verify
