I have a Customer with an SV8100 with ACD/MIS, last July it stopped generating call reports. I tried a Purge to get rid of old reports, reset the System and Server. Same problem. The reports are Blank Says "No data found" any Idea's?

Can't turn off the firewall its a Financial Institution. It is a Stand alone server. There isn't any other Programs on it.
