Hi Guys and Gals, It's been awhile Since I've been here. Looks Like everyone's been busy.
I have a Customer with an SV8100 with ACD/MIS, last July it stopped generating call reports. I tried a Purge to get rid of old reports, reset the System and Server. Same problem. The reports are Blank Says "No data found" any Idea's?

Network change at all? Have you turned off that PC's firewall?

If I remember it was highly recommended the ACD/MIS server be dedicated, was it? If so did the customer add any programs to it?

Thanks for responding Guys, According to the IT Guys they said There hasn't been any changes to the Firewall or Network. Can't turn off the firewall its a Financial Institution. It is a Stand alone server. There isn't any other Programs on it.

Well, might be time to pitch a new system. Support on the 8100 is done. New processor and new ACD/MIS.
