I am looking for a guide for the setup of DISA via a PRI and a DID number. Either I am missing it or I am trying to set it up in the wrong place. Some guidance would be appreciated

In 22-11 for that DID leave 02 blank. In 05 and 06 set to 401 (DISA)
That is all you need to send a DID to DISA for passcode.
