Hello Everyone
Is it possible to have two extensions share one voice mailbox? I have a user that has a digital phone in the office and an IP phone at home. He would like both of these phones to share a voice mailbox. This is on a 5000 version 2.4. Thanks

Personally, I have a digital keyset on my desk and an IP Softphone on my laptop. Calls to my desk follow an immediate forward path to a hunt group which rings my desk phone and IP phone at the same time. That hunt group recalls to an application that times out to my voice mailbox. The mailbox sends email notification via Unified Communicator and remote message notification to my cell phone.
It’s invisible to callers whether I’m on my desk phone or IP phone, which is good because I spend so much time on the road. If I do miss a call, the voice mail notification lets me know right away.

And with 3.2 and personal call routing you can ring the desk, IP and your cell all at the same time and control the mb that handles the call.... awesome stuff, we loaded and activated it the day it was released Randy

Thanks for the input guys. I may have to look into version 3.2. Sounds like some good stuff.
