1416 Set. 3 call appearances. When on line 1 , the next call just flashes , How can I make the 2nd and 3rd calls ring?

Look at button programming for the user. Could be set to non ring in there for those appearance buttons.

Could it be ring ing because its a hunt group call? Really have to trace the call in manager...incoming call route will tell you the first step...Could be a collective ring group as opposed to a collective call waiting group...
