I am trying to identify the paging port on a toshiba dk40i. There are only two 25 pairs coming from the ksu to the blocks. The blocks are above a drop ceiling, awful. the paging system is 24v self amplified horns but the wiring is a mess. I read some dk40i manuals and it isn't clear where I can find the page port on the block. Could it be vary based on where this card installed? Customer presses a button on the phone that pages both the phones and the speakers if that helps.

Look at PEPU2 External Page Interface Unit on page 7-11/7-12. This should help in tracing the proper cable.
Page 8-33 will show you the pin out for the PEPU card.

The external paging is probably connected to the 600ohm paging output (bottom of the two RCA connectors) bottom right of the main equipment.

In the manual it is page 79 of 766 or section 3-11

Thank you. There is nothing on the RCA connector so I guess on the block (V/S looks about right). This is a big help. Thank you.

What cards do you have installed in the expansion cabinet on the left hand side?
