We installed a Samsung SCM Compact at a car lot with 220 phones and 4 reception phones. Each reception station has 6000 series phones with a 64 button add on module. Intermittently when any of the reception phones transfer to a group using a button the the add on module the phone screen goes dark on the main phone and the call is put on hold. When the phone comes back up she can pick the call back up and transfer using the DSS key on the add on module. This seems to fail like this at least once a day. Any help would be appreciated.
