| Joined: Apr 2009 Posts: 176 Member | OP Member Joined: Apr 2009 Posts: 176 | My customer is in process of converting from AT&T to Ring Central Office at Hand. I installed two ATA SPA122 Cisco devices. One is for the Fax machine, and works perfectly.
The other one I have setup to ring a Trimline wall phone with no dial pad. In addition it is needed to ring an auxilliary ringer. The ringer looks like it might be a wheelock brand? Anyway, the ATA rings my buttset, but not the phone or aux ringer. An associate told me the ATA can be configured for Voltage or impedance??
Any help would be appreciated. I could not log in to the ATA, and Office at hand support were of no help. Thank you in advance as usual.

It seems Office at hand does my troubleshooting tech support. Most are in PI and not much help.

Have you tried it with just the phone hooked up and not the ringer? Have you tried the phone hooked to the one that the fax machine is on to be sure that it isn't the ATA?
My guess is that the ATA doesn't have the umph to push a phone and a loud ringer. If you can get the phone to work you might then have to come up with a work around for the ringer.
The Cloud is just someone else's computer!
