Has anyone deployed these phones yet? Thoughts?
I'm told that the J169 is no longer available. Most recent Avaya IP phones I have quoted or deployed were the J169 and J179.

I am not finding specific information on how many programmable feature keys the J189 actually has. One info guide said 96, but I find that hard to believe.

I agree. I like the J179. Just haven't messed with the J159 or J189 and their dual-screen setup.
I doubt the price point of the J189 will have me selling many, if any, of those models.

With removing the J169, now all devices have color screens. The con, of the 159 is it is only 4 buttons on the top display. Not too big of a deal, as the bottom screen is independent and can have any button on it...

J189 wont be available for the IP Office until fall (same with ACO), but is available for Aura now. I like that it has USB C for charging a phone. I think also, you can tether the 189 to the cells internet...
