Hello,

Is there a way to program all desk phones to dial a multiple call group when the user presses 0?

We have some guest phones and want anyone that picks up the phone and dials 0 that they get one of our guest services staff.

Thanks.

I usually change 0 in the 102 Flexible Access Code to Tenant Attendant Access Code and then add the MCG into prg 120 Tenant Assignments
