I have a customer that is using their Engenius phone system with four analog extensions and they assigned one extension to each phone they have four lines and four phones line one goes to extension 10 line 2 goes to extension 11 line 3 goes to extension 12 in line for goes to extension 14
Making calls out works totally fine however when I called two of the analog extensions going into the base station both extensions 11&12 rang for some reason time reason and I’m not sure why
I think there’s something wrong with the base unit
When I call Line to extensions 11 should only ring however extension 12 also rings

what is the source of the analog extensions? it sound like maybe whatever is ringing ext 11 is in a ring pickup group to ext 12.
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..
