Hi, I've run into this issue once before a few years back and can't remember how we addressed it! Of course, there's no longer a support contract either. :[

Our Mercom/Audiolog is recording only one side of converstations.

Any suggestions/help would be appreciated!

By the way, we have an Axxess v 9.115 with CCS v3.3

MLR,

There can be various reasons for this.

Remove any unnecessary networking protocols or components from the Reporter client and the Mercom server.

Uninstalling (not just disabling) the DNE from the NIC solved the issue.
