MLR Member Joined: Apr 2007 Posts: 5 FL	Hi, I've run into this issue once before a few years back and can't remember how we addressed it! Of course, there's no longer a support contract either. :[ Our Mercom/Audiolog is recording only one side of converstations. Any suggestions/help would be appreciated!

Remove any unnecessary networking protocols or components from the Reporter client and the Mercom server. Uninstalling (not just disabling) the DNE from the NIC solved the issue.
