I am getting multiple Red and Yellow alarms on my PRI board. CS-5200
This has been going on for over a week now and I have been unable to resolve the issue. These alarms are usually caused by issues on the service providers end, but I have opened multiple tickets with them and each time they state the line comes back clean. They have also gone intrusive multiple times.
I am thinking I need to replace the PRI board but not sure what the part # is or where to get it.
Any suggestions?

I also have another CS-5200 linked to this one that resides at a different location. Is it possible to route the calls from this location through the other 5200? (There are only 4 people using the system at the trouble location.)

Can your service provider leave you a couple of loop-back plugs? If you loop up the T1 at the smart jack, and loop up the PRI card when errors occur, you should easily be able to determine where the problem lies.
Don’t be intimidated by the carrier. I once had AT&T tell me the problem was CPE, when their cable crew had cut the wire out on the street.
Also, did you change the patch cord(s) from the smart jack to the 5000?
Finally, does the 5000 have a dual T1 card? If so, you could configure and use the second port instead of purchasing a new card.

(There are only 4 people using the system at the trouble location.) As long as they are using ARS at the troubled node, you can route them out the networked node that is working. Go into Facility Groups and put the remote node first before the local trunk group.

If there are only 4 end users, why a PRI? Save your customer some money if you're buying a new one. Get loop start lines.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

One can get PRI's sometimes as cheap as the cost of 4 1FBs. Plus you get all the features the PRI comes with, and sometimes less problems.
