I have an extension (1600) that is setup to ring simultaneously on another extension (1601). Is there a way to force individual calls to just ring on the one extension, without it ringing on the other, on a per call basis? The other phone (1601) is programmed with a Secondary Extension Key 1600 Ring when 1 setting.
Intertel Axxess 9.1
Thank you in advance!

I'm guessing there are certain types of calls you want to ring both. Remove the secondary extension key from 1601. Create an extension list with 1600 and 1601. Create a hunt group with the extension list as a member. Have calls regarding the special topic route to the hunt group. 1600 will then be its own extension. If creating a new number to dial is too confusing for users, give the extension of 1600 to the hunt group and give the actual extension a new number.
