A certified Avaya tech says that a customer's Audix hard drive is full because of the Call Accting system and now no one can access the voice mail. He has called for support but, of course the Sys 25 is not supported. Anyone out there have any ideas as to what to to to get out of this situation? All phone features etc are OK...the voice mail just sends reorder or busy tone when customer tries to access VM or to see if there are msgs. Problem occurred after a weekend several weeks ago. The call Accounting system is a non-essential part of the equipment as far as the customer is concerned. Thanks in advance.

Try setting the clock on the audix back 10 years, then reset.
