The modem to connect to do remote programming is what I am guessing what you are looking to find.

Why are you looking for the modem? Your service provider could give you the number if you need to know how to connect. That is if you have the proper software to connect to the system.

I hope this helps.

Its built-in to the processor. Pair 25 of the Aux connector is the phone line connection.

All of the Definity systems except the Prologix and Definity One Ip600 have the modem on one of the circuit boards. That is the way that I have seen everyone set up, that is using the internal modem, but there is a feature to use a external modem is u want to. The reason the feature is there is because a external modem is needed in some parts of the world. In addition, if your on board modem goes bad and u don't want to pay big bucks to replace it, u can turn off the internal modem and connect an external one.
