When calling an extension without voice-mail,the caller is sent to the general delivery box on a RNA (which is OK0.
But when you "0" out of the general delivery mbx,x-10 will ring and ring and not go into VM.
However,if you ring x-10 internally,it does go into the general delivery.

It is actually somewhat of a glitch in the system. Once a caller gets to the general mailbox and then press "0", it will transfer back to the call answer service operator. Check to make sure your call answer service operator is set to the same extension as your operator.
