hi, seems that in some cases the system don't recognise the call status of the group i'm leading the call.
if a call is directed to a goup(or user) and the group (or user) don't answer ,the call semms to stand floating in the system. if it 's busy there's no probolem,the call do what the module is set . i tries with assisted transfer and route by call status but the problem with no answer remains. you know something for?
