Is there a minimum number of voices lines one must have plugged into the legend?

We are trying to get the system online with 4 voice lines. When users pick up the phone, the system automatically attempts to dial out on the next line. For lines 1 thru 4, this is fine. However, when it increments past 4 - the user must pick up the phone and hang up 4 times to get to the next line.

Do we need to order 4 more voice lines or is there a way to have the system only attempt to dial out using 1 thru 4.

Txs

Your system needs to be told how many lines are coming in. It can handle as few as 1 line. It just needs to be re-programmed.
