I have to move an extension to a new port because the a port on the board is bad. Is there an easy way to program this. it is an R7.0

the one and only way to do it is to renumber both ports starting with bad one to free up ext# for new one.

thanks....but can you tell me how to renumber a port?

menu system program, exit, sys renum, single, extention, put in old ext then hit enter then put in fake extention (i.e. 600 is usually free) then enter. then repeat and put ext.# of working port first then the old ext in.
