2 problems i have with an 820.when i hook up music on hold it goes through the page speaker.and the pound key wont work on first try on all phones.it works the second time.hope you can help so i dont have to dig put my old manuals.if i can find them. thanks, mike

Can't help with the 1st one, but # and a bin number is speed dial, that's why you have to press # twice to send a # digit.

What are you using for music and paging and how do you have it hooked up? Sounds like you have it connected wrong.

touch administer and restrict
dial *16 to turn off background music
dial *17 volume low
dial *18 medium
