EPTTECH Member Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 22 Maysville , Ky , USA	I couldn't do anything with the VM. He's going to have to call in reinforcements. The power light is on. So is all three lights at the bottom. It also has an expansion card in it. You guys are probably right. I would say the telephone programming went to default when the power went out. Do any of you have a recomendation as far as a UPS for this small system? He would like for it to continue to have power for about 30 minutes. Also, someone mentioned the the system itself contained some type of battery. Where would it be located. My guess would be inside the main processor card. Also, can you buy replacements?
