Two analog extensions which are fax machines are not receiving their DID calls.
The system is a Merlin Legend release 6.0. Does anyone know what programming is necessary to troubleshoot this one. Your help is greatly appreciated.

The extension numbers of the FAX extension must match the DID number (but you already know that)
Do the FAXes answer when you call their extension numbers internally? Perhaps the ring generator on the card is bad.
Also, under Aux Equip, if you set them as FAX extensions, you change the double ring on an incoming call to a single long ring, like normal. I've had machines that would not trigger from the shorter double ring.
