Hi to all- I am a volunteer and Director with a nonprofit animal rescue and we were given a complete Merlin system; I have an old Merlin 410 Box (Feature Package 2) installed and a set of older phones, so this is an upgrade. I have seen postings asking for the 34D manual - it is possible to get one of these by email? THANKS!! Joel Arem

There is no manual that I'm aware of specifically for the phone, you just program the buttons like you would the 5 or 10 button sets, just more buttons. I haven't checked, but I'm sure you can get the admin and users manual on Avaya's WEB site for free. Went to Avaya's site and found this in a couple minutes, see if what you need is here. https://support.avaya.com/japple/css/japple?PAGE=Product&temp.productID=107594 Edited to fix several typo's [This message has been edited by justbill (edited September 04, 2005).] [This message has been edited by justbill (edited September 04, 2005).]

Joel the bis 34d you referenced is used on many systems and the programming is in the feature package in your 410
So if you download the manuals and the user guide referenced above by bill you should be in pretty good shape
If you run into any problems stop back.
