The steps are:

The FORWARDING EXTENSION, must have Trunk Transfer & Remote Forward.

If you are using VOICE MAIL PORTS to send the call to the FORWARDING EXTENSIONS:

The voice mail ports must have an FRL Level that allows Trunk Access (Default is ZERO, that will need to be changed), Trunk Transfer and their RESTRICTION will need to be changed from OUT WARD to something else. (Either Toll Restricted or UNRESTRICTED.)

However, caution should be advised at this point.

I just got a call from one of my clients that was having a problem with people HACKING thier Voice Mail and making calls to some foreign country, BECAUSE their voice mail had all of the above capabilities.

Be careful out there.....
